Minehead had a Roadshow on the 7th September where some of our projects were highlighted. Food was on sale all day. |

On 3rd September we had a publicity booth in Bath City Centre. Children were encouraged to decorate cakes and many people showed interest in the works of the Mothers Union. |

On 23rd August a Festival Service was held at St Mary Magdalene Church, Taunton. There was a walk of witness before the service and a celebration cake was cut after it. |

On the 8th of April, 2016, we held our Diocesan Annual Meeting at Westfield, Midsomer Norton. |

On 13th February 2016 in Bath Abbey, Margaret Hendy was commissioned as our Diocesan President together with the trustees. |

The Annual Cleeve fundraising event is always well attended and successful. This year it raised £700. |

Mothers Union members travelled from Land's End to John O'Groats using only local, timetabled public buses to make their journey to highlight the work Mothers' Union does across the world. It was enthusiastically supported as Mothers on the Move went through our diocese. |

On the 5th of May, 2012, we held our Diocesan Annual Meeting at Creech St Michael. |

On the 21st April, 2012, we held a Tea Party in honour of the Queen's 86th birthday. |

On the 18th April, 2010, we welcomed the new branch of Martock & Ash. |

In February 2010 we organised Flavour of Africa to highlight the Millennium Goals and our branch link dioceses. |

On 6th February 2010 in Wells Cathedral, Jane Tibbs was commissioned as our Diocesan President together with the trustees. |

At branch, deanery, and diocesan level our members are always raising funds for our projects, raising awareness of the Mother Union and its objectives, and supporting campaigns that match our ideals. |
